As the Founder of Phern Education Studios, Abbiola helps managers navigate team dynamics, rebuild trust, and lead with empathy and confidence. For over five years, she has partnered with organizations across health, education, philanthropy, technology, and nonprofit sectors—facilitating workshops and coaching leaders through workplace challenges. Her work equips them with the skills to manage up, down, and across, aligning their teams with shared values and goals.

With over two decades of experience in international education and leadership development, she has led diverse teams, designed inclusive programs, and supported organizations in resolving leadership conflicts and strengthening workplace culture. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Abbiola’s global perspective is shaped by 22+ years of international living in Japan, the U.S., Belize, and beyond.
